Testimonials
What Homeowners Are Saying
“Friendly staff, great company to work with. Very accommodating and has tons of options to choose from. We spoke to Kim, and she was very helpful. I would highly recommend them over other options for building your home on your land. Overall, a good experience. Check them out.”
Rockstar Pandey"What an amazing experience we had. If you're trying to find a builder look no further, Richardson Homes is who you should go with. Their quality on the standard package is amazing ..… Building a home is exciting but it isn’t easy; things are never going to go off without a few hiccups, but they will make it right and do their very best to make sure you are happy. Thank you Richardson Homes for building our hopefully forever home. I would 100 percent use Richardson Homes in the future."
Candace Early"Richardson Homes is a one-of-a-kind custom luxury home builder!! I would highly recommend you check them out!"
Ryan Wright"Donna and I built a new home in southwest Oklahoma City on a small lake (about 30 acres or so). Our home was built by Richardson Homes, and Donna and I cannot say enough good things about how they worked with us to design a home that would help us capture our vision of what we wanted to be able to see out the west side of the house over the lake. The home has exceeded our expectations! We also sit out on the patio a lot to watch the sunsets."
Clyde & Donna"I needed to write you about the experience I had with your company. With all the horror stories that go around about building a home, I must say my experience was NOTHING like a horror story. I definitely had some difficulties in numerous details that led to the building process, but the experience with your staff was tremendous."
Chris Foss"Thank you for the pleasant experience we shared while you were building our new custom home. We found that the people in your company were very competent and that matters were always handled in a professional and honorable manner."
